If you carry the Chang surname (張), or your parent does, you can join. Membership is one time, twenty Singapore dollars, and lasts your lifetime. The Association doesn't run on dues — it runs on showing up.

For Singapore citizens. Full membership rights, including voting at the Annual General Meeting.

For Singapore Permanent Residents. All clan benefits; voting rights begin once you become a citizen.

For members' children under 18. Eligible for the Association's primary and secondary scholarships.
